NspireVibes (“we”, “our”, “the service”) is an automated content generation and publishing assistant.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our tools for creating, uploading, or managing content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information beyond what is required by APIs that you authorize.

We may temporarily access:

a. Platform Access Tokens

• Instagram Graph API token

• Facebook Page token

• YouTube OAuth token

These tokens are used only to post your content and never shared with anyone.

b. Uploaded Media & Metadata

When you use NspireVibes to upload videos, the following may be processed:

• Video files you provide or generate

• Captions, hashtags, or descriptions

• Page or channel IDs you authorize

We do not store your media permanently.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information is used only for:

• Uploading videos to Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube on your behalf

• Managing posts you explicitly trigger

• Checking for platform updates (optional feature)

• Sending email notifications about updates or issues

We never sell or share user data.

3. Data Storage

• We store only minimal technical data (like logs) for service functionality.

• Access tokens are stored securely only on your device/server.

• No personal data is stored outside your own infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Services

NspireVibes interacts only with:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram Graph API)

• Google (YouTube Data API v3)

Their data usage is governed by their respective policies:

5. User Control

You can revoke permissions anytime:

• Instagram/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

• Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Once revoked, NspireVibes loses access immediately.

6. Security

We follow best practices to keep your data safe:

• Secure token handling

• Encrypted communication

• No unnecessary data retention

However, no digital system is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

NspireVibes is not intended for users under 13.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy for:

• API changes

• New features

• Legal requirements

Updated versions will include a new “Last Updated” date.
